The first week is always a little tough not gonna lie but the location sure does make up for it! But I am happy that it's over. I'm so excited for my ichthyology (the study of fish) class and the lab to get some hands on experience and relate it to species I can see in the bay next the beach! Even though being in a dorm is not the most ideal, my view is AMAZING! The West hall dorms I am in have a direct view overlooking the famous John Brewers Bay beach! I have already been to the beach next to campus and saw dolphins, turtles, and rays in one day so I cannot wait to see what else there is!
